Owner Kirk Massicotte and his partner Charlotte are passionate about BBQ, family, and a seriously good time. As a seasoned cook who has worked in the Toronto restaurant scene for over 10 years, Kirk is serious about his ingredients and his process. Oh My Lard is careful to use organic, hormone-free and antibiotic-free meats.
