To celebrate the TASTE OF BURLINGTON, Blue Dinghy Kitchen series is presenting the first ever TOB popup series collaboration, joining two of Burlington's prized culinary and craft beer comrades 

Topowe Events and Nickel Brook Brewing

This fantastic food and craft beer (non-beer alternatives will be available) focused event will offer a rare opportunity to sample the exquisite culinary creations of Chef Tobias Pohl-Weary of Topowe Events, along with a wide array of award winning craft beers and beverages in the stunning and newly opened Nickel Brook Brewing Tap Room.

Weekly Menu Themes

Week 1 - Southern Barbecue meets the north with our Cajun Acadian Crossover

Week 2 – Rustic Elegance meets Winter Feast

If you have any questions about allergies and intollerances in the menu we request emailing, the team will be able to answer your questions and to allow us as much time as possible to be prepared.

Dinner $40 includes a choice of options for each of our themed weekly menus.
