Nickel Brook Apple Pork  

  • In a freezer bag pour one bottle of apple beer, then crush a few cloves of garlic. Place the pork tenderloin in the bag. Take all the air out of the bag and place in the fridge overnight.
  • In a frying pan with a little olive oil start to fry the pork, a few minutes each side.
  • In a frying pan with olive oil, carmelize 1 medium onion diced fine.
  • Now add the apple beer from the bag and 1 medium green apple chopped to the pan. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Cook until the onion and the apple is fully cooked and the prok should be done also.
  • Slice and serve with onion and apple on top.
